About
Hi, I'm Dominique.
A coach, mother, and woman who knows what it feels like to carry pain that seems to follow you everywhere - because I lived it.

My journey into healing didn't begin with books, coaching or certifications - it began with my own story. I grew up in a home shaped by unresolved trauma. My parents struggled with their own wounds, and my father battled severe mental health challenges. When my parents divorced while I was still very young, my father moved away and was often in and out of psychiatric care.
As an adult, those early patterns showed up in ways I couldn't ignore. I repeated unhealthy relationship dynamics, sought validation from emotionally unavailable partners, and used alcohol, work changes, and even moving countries to escape the pain. But no matter where I went, the underlying hurt followed.
Then I became a mother. Holding my child made me realise how deeply our early experiences shape us - and how much I wanted to break the cycle.
I explored therapy, books and coaching, but the most profound transformation came when I began working directly with my nervous system. For the first time, I realised that many of my behaviours weren't personal flaws - they were trauma responses. My nervous system had been conditioned to repeat familiar patterns: fearing abandonment and chasing the kind of love that once hurt me.
Understanding this changed everything. Today, through Come Tribe With Me, I hold space for women walking the same path - gently, without judgement, and with all the tools I wish I'd had sooner.
